Employee Welfare Trip to Bou Ghanem Island: Promoting Well-Being and Team Bonding

At Bin Arbaid, we believe that employee well-being is a cornerstone of organizational success. In line with our commitment to promoting the welfare of our female employees and fostering a positive workplace culture, we organized an exciting employee welfare trip to Bou Ghanem Island, one of Qatar’s most scenic and peaceful locations. This event aimed to offer female employees a relaxing escape from their daily routines, promote team bonding, reduce workplace stress, and highlight our dedication to their happiness and satisfaction.
A Day of Appreciation and Relaxation
The employee welfare trip to Bou Ghanem Island kicked off with a gathering at the Qatar Security Workers' Villa in Maither at 7:15 AM to ensure a timely departure. After confirming that allparticipants had their Qatar IDs and were ready for the day, the bus left promptly at 8:00 AM.
The group arrived at Bou Ghanem Island at around 8:45 AM, where a brief breakfast stop allowed everyone to recharge before continuing the journey. The morning was filled with excitement as female employees connected in a relaxed outdoor setting, enjoying each other’s company.
At 9:30 AM, the group set off towards Bou Ghanem Island, a tranquil destination renowned for its stunning coastal views.The journey, which took approximately 30 to 45 minutes, gave participants thechance to appreciate the beautiful scenery, capture photos, and unwind in nature’s embrace.
The return trip began at 11:00 AM, marking the end of a fulfilling and refreshing day. By the time we returned, everyone felt rejuvenated, appreciated, and more connected with one another.
